Al-Khidmat Foundation Pakistan is working as an independent, non-governmental, non-profit and charitable organization. It works under its own Memorandum of Articles of Association and leadership.
,Al-Khidmat's services actually started with the inception of Pakistan when hundreds and thousands of families were driven out of their homes and hamlets without food, shelter or security. It was an extra ordinary event of migration and needed relief operations on war footings.
,The “Al-Khidmat Foundation” took its present name and form in 1992 and was registered as an NGO under the Societies ACT XXI of 1860 with the Government of Pakistan. By adding up our services at home and abroad without any fear of contradiction, we can claim to be the biggest network of humanitarian services in Pakistan.
