The capital increased in the year 2003 to become SR 1,200 million divided into 24 million equal shares, each share value is fifty Saudi Riyals. The company's activities are in the field of improving and developing the industrial base in the Kingdom, especially, the petrochemical industries, give the opportunity to the private sector to participate in other industries using the petrochemical industries.
