CB Flooring is a private, locally owned and operated company headquartered in Columbia Maryland. CB Flooring was founded in 1997 by Chuck and Carol Bode. Chuck and Carol have been doing business in the MD / DC / VA markets operating as Bode Flooring since 1976. We also have locations in Harrisburg PA, Frederick MD, Harbeson DE and Chantilly VA, that currently service our commercial and residential home builder customers. We are currently one of the largest privately owned flooring contractors in the country with a sales volume that exceeded 65 million dollars in 2007.We have three distinct business entities. Our first is our large homebuilder business, catering to the new home construction market both detached and multifamily, which supplies and installs carpet, vinyl, hardwood, laminate, ceramic and marble for many of the top local and national homebuilders. Our second business is our commercial division, which handles a large variety of floor covering products for general contractors, the public sector, private developers and the government. Our third business is our retail business trading as Bode Floors, a subsidiary of CB Flooring and Standard Carpet. Bode Floors is direct to the public, featuring 2 showrooms located in Columbia Md., specializing in occupied residential flooring remodeling – including carpet, vinyl, laminate and pre-finished hardwood. Standard Carpet has 4 locations in Annapolis, Ellicott City, Pikesville and Bel Air.
